Terms we sign with every agent
- What matters goes through you. Sending, paying, publishing or committing to a client waits for your approval. If you don't reply, it doesn't happen.
- Limits in writing. How many emails a day, up to what amount, and what's never touched are all set in stone: the agent can't get round them.
- Everything is logged. You know what each agent did, when and why, with only the access to your data it needs.

Questions
Before you sign anything
Do I need to know about AI or coding?
No. Your agents message you on chat (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Teams…) and you reply in plain language. The technical side is our job.
Does it work with the tools I already use?
Almost always: your email (Gmail, Outlook…), your calendar, your CRM or ERP, your invoicing, your online shop (Shopify, Amazon…) or your spreadsheets. If a program has an API (a door that lets other programs read and write its data) or lets you export it, we can connect it. We'll look at it in the first conversation.
Do I have to keep asking them to do things?
No. They work on their own, to their own schedule: a summary in the morning, follow-ups, alerts when something's out of the ordinary. They message you when there's something to report or approve. If you want to ask them for something, you can do that too, in plain language.
Can I use them from Claude?
Yes. Your agents can connect to Claude via MCP, the standard that lets Claude use other software. That way you can ask them for things or check your data from Claude, and anything sensitive still asks for your approval on your phone.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
They work within limits and ask for your approval for anything important. Everything is logged and can be put right.
Where is my data?
On a cloud server just for you (yours or managed by us), and each agent only sees what it needs for its task. The AI we use is the business version, which doesn't learn from your data.
How much does it cost?
An agent for a specific process, from €990 setup and €149/month all-inclusive: server, AI, maintenance and adjustments. A team of agents across several departments, from €2,900. A personal assistant, from €190 and €39/month. After a free first conversation you get a fixed quote in writing. Prices exclude VAT.
Is it only for big companies?
Quite the opposite. It makes the biggest difference to small teams, the self-employed and people who are short on time.
