About us
balderas.studio is a custom software and artificial intelligence studio based in the Valencia region of Spain. We are full-stack developers who moved into AI, and what we do best is fit the work to a specific need: understand how a business or a person works and build what they actually need, not something off the shelf.
What we believe
AI agents shouldn't be generic. A useful agent fits the way each business works: its software, the way it deals with customers, what can be done automatically and what has to go past a person. That's why we don't sell templates. Each agent is designed around your day-to-day work, with your real data and the limits you set.
We also believe AI has to earn trust bit by bit. At first, the agent suggests and you approve. Once you see it gets things right, you let it handle the routine work on its own. Anything sensitive (an email to a customer who has replied, an expense, a price) still comes to your phone for you to sign off.
Where we come from
Our background is in full-stack development: applications, internal tools, integrations between systems and custom websites, mostly with Laravel and Python. For years we've connected ERPs, CRMs, online shops and invoicing so that nobody has to copy data across by hand.
When today's AI models arrived (Claude, GPT, Gemini), the next step was obvious: give those integrations the ability to understand things (an email, a PDF, an order written any old way) and to act sensibly within set limits. That is an AI agent. For the details, see what an AI agent is.
We use what we sell
Our own business runs on a team of agents: Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Development, each with its own chat on the phone and its limits in writing. Sales finds companies and handles the follow-ups, Marketing writes this blog and measures the website, and Finance reconciles the bank and never pays for anything. It can all be checked from Claude too, over MCP. It's our best demonstration: if it didn't work for us, we wouldn't offer it to you.
How we work

- We propose little, and we're specific. A written preliminary assessment with the first process we would automate, the expected savings and a fixed price.
- If something can be solved without AI, we solve it without AI. Sometimes a simple script is the best answer.
- What we build is yours. It's documented so that anyone can pick it up.
Who's behind it
balderas.studio is run by Alejandro López Balderas, developer and project manager, from Valencia. We work remotely with businesses, freelancers and individuals all over Spain.
